Return & Refund Policy

40-Day Guarantee. If your order doesn't arrive within 40 days, we'll refund you in full. You're never paying for something you don't receive.

Faulty items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund , no need to ship anything back.
