Every order undergoes a two-phase process:
Processing & Customisation: Your kit enters production within 24 hours. Custom printing, numbering, and patch applications are completed within 2 to 5 business days.
Dispatch & Transit: Once quality control checks are complete, your package is handed over to the international courier. A tracking link will automatically be generated and sent to your email address.
Standard transit times average 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your local postal network. Please factor in the initial 2 to 5 business day production window when calculating your estimated delivery date.
All shipments are dispatched via tracked, end-to-end postal services (such as Royal Mail or local domestic carriers upon arrival). If a shipment is lost in transit or fails to pass through customs inspection, our transit guarantee covers it: we will arrange a priority reshipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
For international shipments, tracking milestones freeze temporarily while the consignment is in transit between the origin hub and your country’s customs facility. This is standard logistical procedure. Your package is still moving securely, and tracking updates will resume immediately upon local scanning.
